We are delighted to invite you to a unique stay in Lofsdalen, one of Sweden’s most picturesque winter destinations. Lofsdalen is the perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful and authentic experience among our well-maintained ski slopes, cross-country trails, and snowmobile tracks.
Lofsdalen is a small mountain village in the heart of Härjedalen, Sweden and it is often considered to be something of a hidden gem. The ski resort has a low key compared to the larger ski resorts Åre and Vemdalen. Coming to Lofsdalen you wohn´t miss a thing. There are plenty of wide slopes for easy carving as well as steeper ones for the experienced skier. There are plenty of trails for XC and Nordic skiing with cosy waffle huts and trails for snowmobiling. The village has some really good restaurants, a deli and grocery store as well as sports shops. In summer the ski resort turns into a bike resort with both downhill trails and mountain trails with or without jumps. The hiking is phenomenal with wide views allowing you to see all the way to Norway, Dalarna and Jämtland as well as the National Park Sonfjället. It is hardly a coincidence that the resort slogan is ”The small village with the big skiing”.
The PreTour will give you a chance to enjoy the fifth season, winter spring, with Nordic skiing, winter swimming, snow yoga and traditional artisan foods.
